that's what she said

after a two-week flu hiatus i'm back. i hate getting fevers when my skin and my hair actually physically hurt. it's the worst feeling in the world. it's 13 days later and i still have bronchitis. gross.

i'm on my second super tall cup of coffee and it's not doing much for me. i honestly feel like passing out on my keyboard. not only does it suck that it's monday, but everyone's rubbing their snow days in my face while i sit here alone at work. none of my coworkers decided to show and my boss just left for the day... looks like i'll have to smoke alot and go on facebook for the next three hours!

can you trust someone you've only known for six weeks? my initial response would be no. absolutely not. i couldn't even trust mother fuckers i knew for two years! i could sound retarded, but i'm experiencing something i've never experienced before. this is literally uncharted waters and i'm totally winging it riding completely on faith alone. there's no one in the world that could earn affection and trust from me in a month and a half except this sweet little blessing that fell into my lap one day. he's that awesome. it's so strange. i don't get it. i think i'll stop trying to figure this all out and just enjoy it. i don't need to know the answers to everything... i can just chill. that's easy. i love it.

i am a master at getting my itty bitty mazda out of my huge ginormous steep driveway when it snows. there are many options but today i used a nice combination of burning tire rubber, newspapers, and salt. the salt can always be substituted with kitty litter but we actually had salt this snow storm... don't ask about the newspaper. it was a last minute mcgiver decision which proved to be beneficial and made me feel really intelligent.

i hate condiments. i'm really unique because i never really have met anyone else who hates them ALL like i do. i hate cole slaw, pickles, mayonaise, ketchup, mustard, pepper, onions, tomatoes... you name it, i hate it. i only like butter and salt.

my hair used to be long... long as in the middle of my back, almost my butt long. i chopped off 12 inches to donate to locks of love. i laid my pony tail of hair out on my desk so i would remember to mail it out the next day and went to sleep. when i woke up, my cat was covered in long blonde hair and my bedroom floor was COVERED with hair. my cat destroyed my 12 inches of beautiful hair that took me years to grow and months of decision making to chop it. so i'm in the process of growing back my mermaid hair. it's such a slow process... i can't wait for it to be long again. i'm going to be selfish and keep it. not donate it. i made the effort - obviously my cat needed my hair more than anyone else did.
